Richard Ozer MS, MCP
Richard is CEO of Woodcliffe IT, a computer services consulting company. He has degrees in both Psychology and Computer Science, Microsoft certification and over 30 years experience in the industry.
Richard was a contributor to the design of wireless networks such as 802.11b and has received special acknowledgements from NERL and the IEEE. In addition to running Woodcliffe IT, Richard teaches classes in Computer Disaster Planning and Recovery and Stopping Internet Attacks. His wife and family reside in Lexington, MA.

Jeremy Ozer MSME
Jeremy is Vice President of Woodcliffe IT and and earned a Masters degree at Carnegie Mellon University. He is an expert in workstation configuration and debugging, Operating System configuration and follows the latest trends in hardware and software.
